General Season Passport Information

You get to customize your 2026 Season Passport every step of the way! Compare Passport benefits and choose the level that makes sense for your family. If you choose Diamond, unlimited visits to White Water are included with your Passport. Gold offers great benefits as well, but if you decide to add White Water, you’ll automatically level up to Diamond for just $60+tax more. Then, decide if you’d like to add an entire season of Trailblazer access for Silver Dollar City right to your Passport!

We are excited that you are interested in purchasing a new Season Passport! To purchase a new Passport, please visit the Season Passport page and make your selections. 

Passport holders are required to have an online Account when purchasing online. After adding to your cart, you will be asked for your email address for your online Account. Your email address will be validated, and you will be asked for additional information to continue your purchase.

The $29+tax and $52+tax discount ticket can be purchased one time, per day, per Season Passport that qualifies (excluding Saturdays September – January 2027).  

You are welcome to purchase the $29+tax or $52+tax discount ticket at the ticket booth at Silver Dollar City on the day of your visit. Any ticketing Agent will be happy to help you. Passport holders must be present to purchase the discounted daily ticket.

Each Bring-A-Friend ticket has its own set of dates when they can be used.  They can be used one operating day within the dates listed for that Bring-A-Friend. 

For example, if your Season Passport came with a Bring-A-Friend valid 08/03/26 - 08/17/26 can be used one time during that date range. If the Bring-A-Friend is not used during the date range it’s valid for, it naturally expires. If there are any exclusions, they are listed on the individual Bring-A-Friend ticket.  

Bring-A-Friend tickets are non-transferrable, and Passport holders must be present at the time of use. Valid dates vary based on Passport type (Silver, Gold, Diamond) and date the Season Passport is purchased. Blackout dates may apply. 

All 2026 Season Passports purchased over the phone with our Contact Center Agents or purchased online are delivered digitally when you place your order. You will receive an email with your Season Passports listed and can also view them in your online account within 24 hours of purchase.

**If you need a physical Season Passport, please stop by any ticket booth on your first visit to have a copy printed by our ticketing agents. First print is free; each reprint will cost $10.

 

Your 2026 Season Passport is valid for unlimited visits on any operating day at Silver Dollar City March 13, 2026 – January 2, 2027.

The passholder who has parking added to their 2026 Season Passport must be present in order to use it. We recommend that you choose to add parking to the passholder who is most likely to visit each time.

Account & Digital Passes

When purchasing your Passport on our website, you will be prompted to create an online Account. With an online Account, you will be able to easily access your Season Passport and perks like Bring-A-Friend tickets and exclusive discounts. You can also download our Silver Dollar City Attractions app to easily access your Passport and Bring-A-Friend tickets from your phone!

Passholders can link passes to their Silver Dollar City Account to easily access their digital Season Passports and perks like exclusive discounts and speedy renewals.

Please visit the Account Overview page. You will be asked to Sign In if you already have an account, or to provide new account information if you do not already have an account.

Once within your Account, scroll down to the Passport section on the account overview page.  This will take you to the Passport page within your account where you can link Passports or renew your existing Passports.

To link a Passport: Select the "Link Passes" option. You will need your Season Passport ID and the phone number associated with your passport.

To access your passports via the Silver Dollar City app, click on ‘My Account” located in the bottom right corner of your homescreen and log in with the user name and password entered at the time of purchase. Linked passports will appear within your account. If you have not linked any passports, choose “Link Passport” in the upper right corner of your account screen and enter the passport ID and corresponding phone number.

To add a passport to your Apple Wallet, just click on the ticket and select “Add To Apple Wallet.”

After linking, purchasing or renewing your Passport from within your online account is simple! You can find your Passport ID as well as your barcode in your online account, too.

Option #1: Passports module

On your Account Overview page, click/tap on each pass to expand and see that passport's details. From there you can click/tap "View" for your digital ticket passport.

Option #2: If that doesn't reveal your Passport and you have recently renewed or purchased that Passport, try your recent Orders module.

Once there, click/tap the arrow on the far right of your recent order. Then on that next page scroll down to retrieve your digital tickets.

Season Passports will be available 24-48 hours of purchase on your App. If you do not see your Season Passport within 48 hours, you are welcome to reach out to us at the Contact Center at 417.336.7100 for help linking your Passport.

Payment Plan Information

The payment plan is available online only. Simply make your selections, choose the payment option, and follow the step-by-step ordering instructions. At the time of purchase, the total amount due is calculated and divided into monthly payments. You are required to make your first payment at the time of purchase, and the 1st payment will include the $6.00 processing fee per Passport and all applicable taxes. The Initial Payment amount will be charged to your Credit Card, and each remaining monthly payment amount will be charged to your Credit Card every 30 days thereafter for each of the succeeding months*. The Initial Payment and all remaining monthly payments are non-refundable.

Please note: if you purchase on the first day of any month that has 31 days, your card will be charged on the 1st and the 31st. Please review the term agreement for more details.

Your payments will be determined by the type and quantity of passport as well as the number of monthly payments available at the time you purchase.

In the event a payment is not initially accepted by your Credit Card, we will attempt to charge the payment against the Credit Card for a maximum of three (3) times over 6 calendar days. If the payment does not go through, your payment plan will be blocked, and your Passport(s) cannot be used until the payment(s) is paid to current. We are not responsible for any fees you may incur from resulting from the attempts to charge your Credit Card

All payment amounts are pre-determined, and only the first payment amount is accepted as a down payment at the time of purchase. You are welcome to call our Contact Center at 417.366.7100 to make additional payments or to pay off your account balance. Any Agent who answers will be happy to help. 

Yes. You may change your credit or debit card used for payment online here or by calling 417.336.7100. It is very important that you call this number and provide us with this update if your card expires or you are issued a new card during the payment period.

Yes! You will receive all the great benefits of having a Season Passport, regardless of how you purchased your Passport

No, the bill date established at the time you set up your payment plan agreement cannot be changed.

All purchases are final and the purchase may not be cancelled or rescinded; no refund will be issued. If you have not used a season passport, you may cancel future payments not yet made but you may not receive a refund on any payments made.

No. All Passports purchased under one payment plan agreement cannot be moved to a different contract, and they cannot be removed from the contract once the payment plan has been established.
